Commemorative coins stolen from Wells property

Police are appealing for help locating commemorative coins which were stolen from a property in Wells.

The burglary occurred overnight between Monday February 13 and Tuesday February 14 from a property in the Priory Road area of Wells. The building was broken into and a number of commemorative coins were taken. 

The burglary has been reported to police and an investigation is now underway. Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the break in or knows who is responsible. Anyone who has been offered coins for sale in suspicious circumstances is also asked to come forward.
