Elderly beware

I have just been to seen my elderly aunt(82) who was visited by a pleasant young man who's gran stays round the corner form her!!!! who conned my aunt into signing a contact to install loft insulation in her home, he was very plausable and along with his two tother associates who appeared during the visits assured ger there would be no cost to her as Hydro Electic was footing the bill. the young man checked out her loft and gave her the limited documentation provided which she signed. The young man ignored the fact my aunt told him she had her loft insulated 2 years ago through the Scottish Exexcutive Inititive stating the edges of the loft had not been done, her nephew who is a clerk of work (buildings inspector) had cheded the standard of work by the previous installer and was satified, stating the gap ate the edges is necessary for ventilation. I amd now writing to cancel the installation as per Notice the Right to Cancel which was not given to her, I wonder why!,
