Ladies deliver Mail success

A team of ladies from Wells Golf Club moved into the second round of the Mail on Sunday Golf Classic with an emphatic win against Wheathill.

The team, led by Julie Kinsey, was made up of all Silver Division players, with Kim Lord, Glynis Slater, Sandy Heath and Polly Williams completing the line-up.

The Wells squad were strong throughout, winning four of five contests to make swift progress into the next round of the national competition.
