Police Appeal: Vandals go on wrecking-spree in Wells

Vandals caused serious damage to cars and properties in Wells last week.

Overnight between March 8 and 9 a number of vehicles and properties were damaged in areas around Bath Road, Sadler Street, Broad Street, St Thomas Street and St Andrews Street.

Car windscreens were smashed and windows were broken during the wrecking spree.

Police say the damage is likely to have happened in the early hours of Saturday morning at some point after 3am.
