I think it's upto the parish ref the split. It is very big at the mo, so some sub division would be good. Also they are very close to the limit to which they can be classed as a small parish -so if they go over, they may lose options for some grant funding.

As for the cemerty - I'm sure an arrangement can be sorted, should be quite simple. Of course we can't really decide what the setup would be until the parish divides.
