The lovely old building on Sadler Street (no.7) which has been vacant for some time has a new planning sign on it for selling alcohol and (unamplified) live music. This sounds rather positive as it could be made into a really nice venue. Anyone have any further info on this one? Only living a few doors away has me rather interested. :)
