Has anyone else noticed how bad the road surface has got on the corner by Horrington School? I drove past earlier on today and there is a massive pothole there now and all the other patching work is coming away. Why don't the council just resurface the whole area properly? They were given extra money for surfacing after all...

Yes I'd noticed that too - the anti-skid bits have come away. There are worse areas in Wells though - the junction of Hawkers Lane and Colles Road springs to mind where potholes have just been patched. Somerset County Council - sort it out!

I noticed that in Southover, there's medal plate missing over a small drainage hole or something, and there's a huge drop below the road!
