Complete beginners in Yoga
Those with some Yoga experience who enjoy the structure that a course offers.
Those with experience (even extensive) of other Yoga systems, who'd like to experience the VKY approach.

This unique course will give you a complete overview of the Vinyasa Krama Yoga system, a classical, authentic approach derived from the teachings of the Indian Yoga Master Sri Krishnamacharya. You will learn to master the essential parameters and sequences, including posture modifications appropriate to your individual needs.
Cost: £75, including full course notes and workbook.
