Ideal venue for a wedding reception

Although I live in Glastonbury,I'd never been to the venue before. In August this year however, my sister used the Vineyard for her Wedding Reception. There were around 60 guests and the main function room was a perfect size for this, although apparently can cater for far more. We were allowed to "decorate" the function room to our taste to make it special for the couple. The 3 course meal was above average - tasty and well presented, and special diets were catered for (vegetarian, vegan etc). Service was unhurried and friendly and everyone was made to feel welcome Some guests who had travelled from afar stayed on site, and the rooms and breakfast were commented on favourably, although I sampled neither. All in all a well recommended venue in a great location.

    Great wedding reception venue

       

    I went to a wonderful wedding reception at Coxley vineyard last Christmas, they did a splendid job and the food was great. The only attention to detail which was lacking was their failure to spread rocksalt on the frozen paths & road area but fortunately no-one was hurt and it would be the only area of opportunity I could highlight.

    A true local treasure

       

    Coxley Vineyard is a true local treasure. Arriving at the site, you'd be forgiven for thinking you'd stepped into a piece of the Spanish countryside! They offer superb conference and event facilities, as well as high quality accommodation and fine dining.
